2011 MSI Membership/Registration Fee Schedule

Who Must Register:
- Athletes must register with Minnesota Swimming
... When is an athlete considered registered
- Coaches must register with Minnesota Swimming
- Safety Coordinators must register with Minnesota Swimming
- Club officers who work in a swim meet capacity must register

Fines:
Unfortunately, due to past negligence, the fine for a non-registered athlete competing in a meet is $25 per splash levied against the club. This fine is managed by the Vice-Chair of Minnesota Swimming.

Procedure to Register athletes:
- Enter athletes into Team Manager exactly as they will be entered into meets
- Build USS Registration number and print out registration form for current year
- Create electronic batch through FILE > EXPORT > REGISTRATION
- E-Mail electronic batch file to Cassy Shapley
- Mail: batch report, registration forms, transmittal form, and check same day
- MSI Office will verify match of electronic file and hard copy and advise issues
