Definitions:

State Records: Fastest times swum anywhere by a Minnesota Registered swimmer
Open Records: Fastest times swum in Minnesota by any USS Registered swimmer

Record Application Process:

• State Record Application (download form) must be submitted by Club Coach
• Application must be complete
  one application for each record set is required - no duplicates
• Submit to Records Chair (noted on form)
