State Records: Fastest times swum anywhere by a Minnesota Registered swimmer

Record Application Process (by mail or e-mail):

• State Record Application (pdf form) must be mailed
• State Record Application (WORD document) to can be e-mailed
• Application must be complete
  one application for each record set is required - no duplicates
• Submit to Records Chair (noted on form)
