MSI is now accepting bids from Clubs to host meets for the unfilled zones on the 2012-13 schedule. Bids will be accepted through June 30, 2012.

The 2012 House of Delegates (HOD) meeting concluded with a number of meet hosts still needed for 2012-13 zoned meet weekends.  The Board of Directors passed a resolution  on May 15 that allows bids to be accepted through June 30, via the same online form used for bids prior to the HOD in April. 

All clubs are invited to bid. Consideration will be given to teams who were present at the HOD, but were unsuccessful in their bids. Other criteria will include:

• Number of meets already awarded to a bidding team
• Geographic location of all meets hosted on a given weekend
• Other meet bids pending in this process, for a team

A committee made of at least 5 members from a variety of MSI teams will review bids and make recommendations to the Board by July 12. Recommendations will be voted on at the July 17 board meeting.  Bid awards will be communicated following the board meeting.
