Meet Directors -- Please note:
Your meet must be named according to the guidelines below. Please make sure you read the "Before and After Meet pdf" especially the part on how to name your meet in Hy-Tek. Michael Bougie will not load your results into SWIMS unless your meet is named properly. USA Swimming wants all meets to be named in this manner. It is much easier for anyone to look up meets.
Your meet should be named:
2012 (This should be the year we are currently in) MN XYZ (Club Code) Fall Opener (Name of your meet)
Also,
- Don't forget you need to send Cassy the MM .sd3 file as soon as you get most of your entries loaded from the first meet entry deadline.
- Please send a team list from Hy-Tech MM with the names of the team name (entry numbers). If you have a secondary entry deadline, send a revised file. This is needed to recon your meet.
Finally, if you are hosting an MSI scheduled weekend meet, don’t forget to call the MSI office 952.988.4184 to make arrangements to pick up your meet supplies packet
